1. What is 1Bataan Integrated Transport System (ITS)?

1Bataan Integrated Transport System is a joint project of the Provincial Government of Bataan through the leadership of Gov. Albert S. Garcia and Magic Leaf Marine Logistics Corp., led by its President, Mr. Manuel Carlos Ilagan, Jr.

This project ushers in the birth of a modern comprehensive and integrated transportation service system, promoting further the industrial growth and sustainability of the province and elevating the standard of living of its residents towards a better quality of life for Bataenos, residents and businesses alike.

2. Is 1Bataan ITS open to the public?

The 1Bataan ITS is offered to all public commuters who want a traffic-free travel to and from Manila or Bataan. It is also the best travel option for business sectors who regularly travel at these destinations.

3. What is the travel route of the 1Bataan ITS?

Route starts from SM MOA Esplanade Seaside Terminal in Pasay City and ends at the Port of Capinpin in Orion, Bataan and vice-versa.

4. How many trips daily and what are the schedules?

1Bataan ITS has 4 trips on weekdays and 2 trips on weekends.






5. Are there any available transportation service upon my arrival at Port of Capinpin?

Shuttles are available to take passengers from the Port of Capinpin to various stations in each town within Bataan.






6. How much is a one-way ticket?

P 450.00 for online tickets:

  • Fare includes only the ferry trip from Manila to Bataan or vice-versa.
  • Shuttle service from Port of Capinpin to various bus stations is free.
  • Senior Citizen & PWD discounts are not applicable.

P 599.00 for tickets booked through the 1Bataan ITS Reservations Team:

  • Fare includes only the ferry trip from Manila to Bataan or vice-versa.
  • Shuttle service from Port of Capinpin to various bus stations is free.
  • Discounts are given to Senior Citizen & PWD passengers.

P 799.00 for tickets booked in Terminals (including advanced bookings):

  • Fare includes only the ferry trip from Manila to Bataan or vice-versa.
  • Shuttle service from Port of Capinpin to various bus stations is free.
  • Discounts are given to Senior Citizen & PWD passengers.
7. How do I purchase the ticket?

Passengers can purchase tickets:

  • Online at www.its.1bataan.com
  • At 1Bataan ITS terminals in SM MOA Esplanade Seaside Terminal in Pasay City and in Port of Capinpin in Orion, Bataan.
  • Through e-mail & phone via 1Bataan ITS Reservations Team.
8. How many hours do I need to be at the port terminal prior to my departure schedule?

Passengers can check-in 1.5 hours before the ferry departure and that Boarding Gates will close 30 minutes prior to departure.

9. What information do I need to provide before boarding the ferry?

Walk-in Passengers must provide full name, age and contact number to 1Bataan ITS personnel for the Manifest, in compliance with the Philippine Coast Guard requirement.

Passengers who booked online must present the e-Ticket and the Official Receipt (either a printout or a screenshot saved in gadgets such as smartphones, tablets or laptops), together with their valid IDs and/or proof of payment (i.e. credit card, deposit slip, etc.) to 1Bataan ITS personnel in the Terminal.

Passengers booked through the 1Bataan ITS Reservations Team should provide a Reservation ID with their valid IDs and/or proof of payment to 1Bataan ITS personnel in the Terminal.

10. Is parking space in the terminals available for passengers with cars?

The Management of Esplanade Seaside Terminal in Pasay City and Port of Capinpin in Orion, Bataan have parking spaces available for passengers.

11. Are pets allowed inside the ferry?

Pets are not allowed to board the ferry.

12. Is smoking allowed inside the ferry?

Smoking is not allowed inside the ferry which includes e-cigarettes.

13. Are pregnant women allowed to ride the ferry?

For safety reasons, pregnant women are not allowed to board the ferry.

14. How many luggages are allowed per passenger?

Only hand carried luggage is allowed per passenger. A standard routine of baggage checking will be done in the terminals for security.

15. What is the ticket rate for children?

Children below 2 years of age are free of charge as long as the child will sit on the lap of the accompanying passenger. Please inform our booking staff if you are traveling with an infant.

Children 3 years of age and above will be charged full rate of the current offered ticket price.

16. Do Senior Citizen and PWD discounts apply when buying tickets?

Senior Citizen and PWD discounts shall only apply for passengers who availed regular-priced tickets on the Terminal or through the 1Bataan ITS Reservations Team. These discounts shall not apply on tickets booked online or on tickets priced at promo rates.

To obtain these discounts, Passengers should present proof to 1Bataan ITS Terminal personnel on the departure date that they are Senior Citizens or PWDs. Otherwise, non-provision of any proof shall result in ineligibility on availing these discounts.

17. Can I rebook my trip?

Passengers can rebook by sending a request at its@1bataan.com, stating the reason for rebooking the trip. 1Bataan ITS shall charge the Passenger fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid, which he/she will pay in cash at the Terminal on the new departure date.

Please note the following:

  • Rebooking depends on trip schedule & ferry seat availability.
  • Rebooking is only allowed to be done on or before five (5) days prior to the departure date.
  • Rebooking shall be only made once.
  • Rebooked trip schedule should not exceed thirty (30) days after the original departure date.
18. If the trip has been cancelled, is my ticket refundable?

If the trip has been cancelled by 1Bataan ITS, Philippine Coast Guard or other relevant local/national transport regulatory agencies for fortuitous, force majeure or any other events, Passenger can rebook up to thirty (30) days after the original departure date upon arrangement with 1Bataan ITS. However, if the Passenger has not agreed with 1Bataan ITS on the new rebooking schedule, then he/she shall be entitled to a refund regardless of reservation type.

19. If I cancelled the trip, is my ticket refundable?

Passengers who booked online and through the 1Bataan ITS Reservations Team can get a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid if they cancelled their reservations on or before five (5) days prior to their trip schedule. Otherwise, they would not get any refunds if they cancelled the trip within four (4) days prior to departure date.

Generally, Walk-in Passengers who booked on the day of their departure shall be ineligible for rebooking and payment refunds if they cancelled their trip reservations. But Walk-in Passengers who booked in advance may get a refund of fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid if they cancelled on or before five (5) days prior to their trip schedule. Otherwise, they would not get any refunds if they cancelled the trip within four (4) days prior to departure date.

Events and Updates
